Whatever you need is this fairly quiet and luxury room with lovely views, nice bathrooms plus comfortable beds and pillows. Coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware are a nice touch. The location is stunning and wonderful, in the open cupboard area. Love eating outside and there's Brew & Chew, set right next to the hotel.
Their breakfast is okay, can be better.

Location: the hotel was close to river and restaurant, bars and shops, and the centre of the bathroom. The staff were especially helpful, and the public parking was available. I had a nice size and well-equipped room with a bath and value for money, for example...
Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were quite busy.

Staff friendly, comfy bed, modern rooms, welcoming staff, working bar fridges, attentive to requests.
Nothings.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a new building with pleasant view of mountains and city. The venue is on a great location very close to clubs and bars, the Garcon Bleu restaurant and the centre of town. Adelaide Central Business district is worth looking into.
Okay breakfast, it should be better.

I loved this hotel! The brand new facilities were stunning and had a luxurious vibe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular with separate shower and toilet cubicles, and the beautiful robes were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had lots of food, but at times, the pastry selection was slow to top up. The helpful staff made up for it, though.
Nothing, all great!

Hotel was incredibly beautiful and fancy, loved our stay.
the breakfast was lovely and complete with fresh fruit and good coffee. everything was first-class, however a few employees were abrupt. the location was particularly good, for example, adelaide oval stadium was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

During our Christmas holiday, we had a good time at the hotel. The pool facility was impressive and well maintained. Gym and sauna also available, but their working hours were not communicated well. The location is perfect to get to the restaurant district and the river easily. We had a comfortable stay, the room was nice, and it was kept clean throughout our stay. The mini-bar options were great, although a bit costly.
Despite the beautiful property and facilities, we were underwhelmed with the staff's service we received. The reception staff's service was average and not up to the 5-star standard we expected.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, right in the central part of the city, close to the main shopping areas and a quick walk from the Mall. The room was well equipped with high-tech amenities like motorised curtains and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. The hotel also had a paperless system for "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up My Room" signs and an easy-to-access mini-bar through a QR code.
The sliding door to the bathroom in the luxury suite was quite noisy to operate and could be a disturbance for other guests.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the handy technology in the room, such as motorized curtains and a Nespresso coffee machine. The location was also convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.
Our experience was marred by several negative aspects. The layout of the room was not ideal and the sliding door closure made a loud noise.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that fulfilled our exclusive needs. The room advantages were remarkable, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant served a range of dishes including special diet menus which were delicious. The indoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sauna was a great way to relax.
The only minor issue was that the room we stayed in was facing a lively street which caused some noise disturbance early in the morning. Despite being informed upon checkout that the location of the hotel makes this possible, the staff could have accommodated guests in quieter rooms if possible.
